Canyon Creek Women's Crisis Center is open to internships through your University or College. Interns can do work at our shelter, in program development, marketing, victim services, awareness and prevention and more. We want to hear your ideas. Internships with CCWCC are accepted through an application process. 

How To Apply

Internship proposals are accepted through our volunteer coordinator at . Proposals should include the following:

    • Your name and contact information
    • Your school
    • Your program
    • A resume
    • Number of credit hours needed
    • A statement of intent. Please propose a plan that includes your learning goals and the type of work you would like to do. 
    • Any paperwork required by your program/school. 

Application Process

The Volunteer Coordinator will review your application and set up a time to meet with you in person. A department director and the volunteer coordinator will interview you to discuss your possible internship. The volunteer coordinator will follow up with you on a final decision.
